In 2008, after 16 years as a business development consultant and contractor to small and medium businesses, Yvonne found that the potential and performance of a company's vital resources were shaped--and in many cases, limited by-- the leadership quality of the people directing their path. That simple premise became the catalyst that led her to turn a lifelong passion for helping others live up to their full potential, and a philosophy for doing business with a purpose beyond profit into a leadership development coaching and consulting practice.
